Origins of the Elements

    The carbon in our cells, the oxygen in the air, the silicon in rocks, and just about every element, were all forged inside ancient stars before being strewn across the universe when the stars exploded. As an expert in determining the chemical composition of stars, I will introduce you to a fascinating journey of elements in the universe, where do we find them on Earth and how can we use them.

We will follow my self-developed teaching method Mindful Focus in Nature: a new holistic and immersive method based on the well-being of the participant in order to achive maximum concentration on the topic of study.

Ages: 10-99.     Parents are welcome for free.

Meeting point: Bus J stop "Alte Talstation" on Monday 7.7.25 at 9:30 hs. What to bring: comfortable clothes and shoes for the forest, healthy snacks for 4 hs, water, block and pencil for notes and drawings, favorite relaxing music for breaks, favorite essential oil, a pillow, matt and thin blanket for a mindful body scan, tick repellent.
